1. 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you're not satisfied with your No Sweat Club membership for any reason, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial purchase.

2. How to Request a Refund

  • Member ID (found on your badge)
  • Reason for refund (optional, helps us improve)

3. Refund Processing Time

4. After 7 Days

After the 7-day window, refunds are generally not available. However, we review requests on a case-by-case basis for exceptional circumstances.

5. Cancelled Memberships

If you cancel your membership (without requesting a refund), you will not be charged for future billing cycles. No partial refunds are provided for unused portions of the current billing period.

6. Chargebacks

If you dispute a charge with your bank instead of requesting a refund through us, your membership will be immediately cancelled and you may be banned from future purchases.
