1. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing a No Sweat Club membership, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not purchase a membership.

2. Description of Service

No Sweat Club provides a digital novelty membership badge for entertainment purposes. This is the only thing you will receive. You will NOT receive:

• Access to any gym or fitness facility
• Personal training or coaching services
• Workout programs or exercise guidance
• Health or medical advice
• Fitness equipment or gear
• Any physical products

3. Membership Tiers and Pricing

We offer three membership tiers: Couch Cardio (€2/month), Premium Procrastinator (€5/month), and Elite Non-Athlete (€9/month). All tiers provide the same core service: a digital badge. The only differences are the badge design and tier name.

4. Payment and Billing

Payments are processed via Mollie. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.

5. Cancellation

You may cancel your membership at any time at /cancel. We will send a secure confirmation link to the email address on your membership, so no account login is required. Cancellation stops future renewals. No partial refunds are provided for unused portions of a billing period.

6. Refund Policy

See our separate Refund Policy for details. Generally, we offer refunds within 7 days of initial purchase.

6.5. EU Consumer Rights (Right of Withdrawal)

If you are a consumer based in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason, under the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU).

However: By purchasing a digital product that is delivered immediately (your digital membership badge), and by checking the acknowledgment box during signup, you expressly agree to immediate delivery and acknowledge that you waive your right of withdrawal once the digital content is delivered to you.

This waiver is permitted under Article 16(m) of the Consumer Rights Directive, which states that the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content delivered immediately if the consumer has given prior express consent and acknowledged losing the right of withdrawal.

Your Rights: Despite this waiver, you may still request a refund within our 7-day refund window as outlined in Section 6 above. For more information about your EU consumer rights, visit: https://europa.eu/youreurope/citizens/consumers/

7. Intellectual Property

All content, designs, logos, and badges are owned by No Sweat Club. You may screenshot and share your personal membership badge for personal use.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

This is a novelty product provided "as is" for entertainment purposes only. We make no warranties about fitness, health, or any other outcomes.

9. Limitation of Liability

No Sweat Club is not liable for any damages arising from your use (or non-use) of the service. Maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid for your membership.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the European Union and the Netherlands.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of new terms.
